Darn it Sony!!! How can you expect to sell the PS4 when your biggest franchise, GTA, is not a flagship launch game or at least BC with the PS4? If MS annonces Forza 5 for the Next Box on 5/21/13, then it will be a big blow to Sony.
Why the Sony faithfuls keep trying to remind us that a MS console is not a game machine when in fact it has like every games that the PS and PC has? The tired excuse that MS has lost its focus on gaming and concentrating on other aspect of usage on its hardware can be said about the PCs and the PS3 for years too. Wow, are you serious buddy! I mean, how is MS forcing customers to pay more to get their best when all games are the same $60 and their consoles are more affordable than the PS3 for the past 6-7 years now? smh
Of course, when Sega talks about releasing games these days, it is either a sonic game, a bad game like Alien: Colonial Marines, or just Arcade remake of their old catalog to make a few bucks. Sega, oh how the mighty have fallen.

These are the only ways I can see that will steal MS thunder.

Is this really news. Its been over 7 years since 360 first appear and the PS fanboys still bumping their chest over their superior Blu-ray storage drive? How many freaking games require disc swapping on xbox 360 all these 7 years? Also, the xbox 360 allowing games to be store on the harddrive makes this a non issue. If GTA5 is 4 discs, so freaking what? Just install all the discs on the HD and problem solve.

Rare last major release was Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts in 2008, I am pretty sure they were concentrating on making a few games for the Next box at launch since late 2008. Remember, RARE is infamous for long development time so they still have a few aces up their sleeve in IPs such as Killer Instinct, Perfect Dark, and Conker. MS just didn't renew the Killer Instinct trademark for nothing.
I think $499 at launch is the price for the cheapest SKU. Subscription based subsidizing pricing will be hard for Sony because most PS3 owners don't want to pay for online gaming.

Wait a minute, how can a dedicated HARDCORE gaming machine that concentrate on gaming going to outsell a system that abandoned core gamers, according to N4G, that attempts to attract multiple buyers with cable box, skype, have kinect included that will attract the soccer moms, casuals, females 2-1? Bullshots render pics of racing games always looks good, of course during actual gameplay, everything gets downgraded for obvious reasons. Looking forward of seeing this one in action at E3.

It is a PS3 release. There are always 2 GT per sony system, GT1 and 2 for PSOne, GT3 and 4 for PS3, and GT5 and 6 for PS3. GT7 on PS4 will probavbly be released in 2016 or 2017 judging from the development time of GT5.
MS ain't playing around this time. I expect them to go on full frontal assault on the launch of the Next Box. Both Rare and Lionhead studio are based in Europe and so are the developers of Ryse and Alan Wake so I expect them to show off some games from these developers and other surprises.

The next xbox will be BC with the X360, cable TV, Skype, all Skus will come with Kinect 2.0, many xbox arcade games will be playable and cross-platform from PCs, Tablets, smartphones, and original xbox.
PS4 will have 8GB of GDDR5 ram and share button.
Both will have virtually identical third party games and both will have their usual exclusives.
OK, all MS has to do is stop licensing Windows to Sony PCs and lets see what happen. Of course none of these companies will do neither because business is business; and believe it or not, both companies have great business relationship, yes, that even include gaming!
Well since Cliffy B is no longer working with Epic or MS, I think he was fired and his service is no longer needed so this is an attempt to lure Sony to hire him to possibly make a game for the PS4.
